Excellent location, close to all amenities. Friendly and professional staff. Good standard of cleanliness. Great breakfast with lots of options. Overall, great hotel, would stay there again.

Smoking rooms should not be on the same floor as non-smoking rooms. The smell of weed and cigarettes is overwhelming for non-smokers.

Room was spacious and great view on city, especially in the evening it was amazing with all the lights. Breakfast was very good with loads of choices.

Pool was not clean, plus de poolbar is closed. You can see the hotel is a little older. Would be good to give it a paint job and some fresh kitting, especially the bathroom.

The staff was amazing The location is perfect and central from everywhere ️

The North tower (delux)rooms have two single beds, even if you can choose king, it doesn't have that facility

Location was very good, but we had breakfast outside as we considered the price of breakfast a bit too much.

Excellent location, in the centre. near shopping center , grocery store Very polite staff . Quick respond Concerge were very helpful they explained to drivers my destination , when I left they arranged for pickup vehicle and arrived on time

We left a note when booked via Booking.com to inform hotel that we're meeting up with another family, requesting rooms on the same floor to make it more convenient for the kids. However, they said that they are busy and often don't read the notes added, which is a bit disappointing. We are 95% sure that I left some stuffs that we purchased behind, and I went back a week after to enquire. The reception staff said she'll check with the cleaning staff, then ask me to wait at the foyer and she'll let me know. After waiting over 15 minutes, I asked again and she immediately says that nothing was found. I felt that she didn't really check, and brushed me off as they were busy. Overall service was ordinary, I expected more from a hotel that claim to be 5 stars.

Toilet drainage system no good. Water flows out from shower screen. Making floor vy wet. Room feels outdated after so many years I hv always stayed in your hotel during my visit. Nothing upgraded after so many yrs.

Breakfast was a dream, wish we could have stayed more than one night so we could've made more of the breakfast.

Nothing not to like except the length of our stay.

The breakfast was very good - the best ever. The location was great. A lot of marked just outside the hotel and many restaurant very closed to the hotel. The pool area in the main tower was also very good. We had a family room with at wonderful view. The staff was very smiling and very helpful. We will stay there again.

Pool bar was closed (our kids were sad about that) and that was disappointed, as it was showed and described in the webpages.

Location was good! But thats where the buck stops!

Staff 1/10 Checkin 1/10 Hotel room location 1/10 Breakfast 0/10 Staff was rude right from the start at checkin. The girl sent me to another counter for checkin. The other girl was busy doing something and sent me back to the first girl. No greetings and no clear communication etc. My passport was in the main bag locked away and for checkin, i showed by driver’s license which was rejected and asked to open my bag in the main lobby find passport and present. Needless to mention in front of 50 people that was present in the lobby. I asked if i can bring passport once i have a room or can show copy on i phone or send copy via email which was also rejected. Girl kept repeating i need your passport now. Staff then proceeded to sell breakfast with no clear pricing and was forcing it by saying do you want it or not just say yes or no now! Felt very embarrassed and said yes as others watching. Then as they have 2 buildings i was given room on the 2nd building north side where you have to take one lift to 11th floor and walk to another building and then take another lift to 18th floor to my room. I asked can i have room on the main building was told no your room is fixed given to you and they cannot change rooms. I was so tired and said its ok and did not want to argue anymore. Then the next morning the breakfast time. I went for breakfast on the north tower at 9.30am. Staff was not interested no greetings again as i walked in i said hello and staff was busy mucking around and talking to each other. I went inside to see staff is already packing things clearing food as it was close to finishing time that was 10am. I had a cup of tea from the machine and went back for another cup at 10:45 to find out machine did not had water as staff already clearing things and it would not work.

They don’t give me deluxe room as I booked at first time as they don’t have double bed available despite that I write that before booking. Staff attitude is not friendly I asked for late check out because my flight is at 12 mn. They only give me up to 6 pm for 2000 baht extra as a hotel policy, if I booked full day by booking.com will be cheaper for me

Good location as it was walkable distance to airport rail, mall and skywalk. However to nearest bts it is about 10 minutes walk.

Toilet basic amenities such as shower gel and soap can be improved. I think a proper shower gel will be better then simple soap.

The Hotel Food is Awesome !! Highly recommend to take up the breakfast package as it really worth it ! Room service food is also very good, comparing to street food pricing. Paying alittle more for fresher and highly quality ingredient.

Not to dislike about ! As everything is Perfect

I like the breakfast very much, there are quite a lot of food. The room is a bit not meet 5* hotel standard, but the location is quite good, it's near Central World Mall, Big C and The Market Mall !

I don't like its Wash Room, it is not meet 5* hotel standard.

The room is big this is really good. Walking distance to few shopping malls.

Room temperature always shows as 26 degrees no matter how we adjust the temperature. Cleaner forgot to prepare bath towel and did not clean the room in day 3.

The breakfast spread was good however it was more or less repeat on a daily basis. There could've been some variations on a daily basis. Also there were very few options for Indian travelers.

i like the breakfast, the ala carte menu a the cafe the shuttle bus service and spa massage.

one toilet for 5 adults despite we booked for luxury premium room. Didn't provide us with 5 sets of towels, toiletries even though we pay for 5 adults.
